Shipping

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.  We ship using USPS with calculated shipping determined by package weight and parcel destination.  We do ship internationally.  Please email us with your shipping address and the items you'd like to purchase and we will contact you with a quote.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Willie's Fort.  If indeed you decide to return an item for store credit please email eliza@williesfort.com and we will send you return instructions.  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and be in their original condition.  We are not responsible for return shipping fees unless products are determined to be defective or damaged in the mail.

Order Fulfillment

Almost everything at Willie’s Fort is handmade. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Upon Receipt of your order we will reach out and give you an expected delivery date. If you do need your order expedited please email eliza@williesfort.com
